What we collect

When you submit a form on this site (a contact request, valuation inquiry, buyer registration, listing inquiry, or clinic inquiry), we collect the information you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number if you include it, and the details of your message or inquiry. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, which collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type.

How we use it

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and provide the advisory, brokerage, or valuation services you asked about. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the site. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Confidentiality

Pharmacy transactions are sensitive. Beyond this policy, information you share about a potential sale, purchase, or valuation is treated as confidential business information and is not disclosed to any party without your direction, other than as required by law.

How you found us

When you first visit, the site records in your browser's local storage the page you arrived on, the site that referred you (for example a search engine or an AI assistant), the time, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked. This record contains nothing that identifies you, is not sent anywhere on its own, and is kept for 90 days. If you later submit a form, it is included with your submission so we know which channels bring us enquiries. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data, and the site works normally without it.

Storage and sharing

Form submissions are delivered to us by email and stored in the systems we use to run the business. We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as email and analytics providers), and never for their own use. We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site works without them. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

Your rights
